Age: 31 Date of Injury: 4/23/05 Injury Level: C5-6 Sci-Step Start Date: 9/5/06 I was in my residency in emergency medicine when I was involved in a MVA. I had a disc herniation at C5-6 that left me an incomplete quadriplegic. I am very fortunate to have regained function in my upper extremities and partially in other areas. I am reapplying for residency for 2007. I came to Sci-Step because I could not find any other outpatient facility that I was satisfied with while home in Florida. They seem to have everything that I am looking for and are very enthusiastic. My goal is to walk with my forearm crutches and braces.
